*Strasbourg/BNU/Angelo Marcopolo/- Invent New Formulas for Able and Willing Elder Workers will be a Key Issue in the foreseable Future, agreed with "Eurofora" the French Government's Spokeswoman, Sibeth Ndiaye, on the occasion of a Public Debate on Pensions' Reform in Strasbourg's National University Library (BNU), where Strasbourg Journalists had been Invited, in the framework of a Wider, Exceptional Visit for CoE related and other Topical European Issues.

The Young Ndiaye has just arrived in Strasbourg this Evening, at the eve of a Long Series of Various Meetings, Tomorrow, including at the CoE, for a Session of the 2019 "World Forum of Democracy", dedicated to "Press Freedom".

Embattled French President Macron and Prime Minister Philippe, are, currently, entagled in Tight Manouvers over a Controversial but apparently necessary, even if partly unpopular, Reform of Pensions' System, taking into account Both the European Population's Aging process, as well as Financial Balances, but also most Young Citizens' alleged UnWillingness to concede some Social Advantages existing, particularly in certain Corporations' areas, since Long, while others denounce long-standing inequalities.

However, an "Eurofora"'s Question to Ndiaye, after a collective Press Invitation by the competent French Public Authorities to registered Strasbourg Journalists, prefered to Focus on a, usually Neglected, but, nevertheless, Topical and Novel Question, concerning on how to Harvest the Otherwise Lost Productive Potential of Able and Willing Elder Workers in France and Europe Nowadays, who, Otherwise, would be massively and automaticaly Pushed Out of the Productive System, Only Because of quasi-Automatic, "Blind", Aging Factors, withOut taking into account a Nowadays Growing Potential's Loss for the Contemporary Society.

- "Often, Nowadays, we are all Losing Many Able, well known and Experienced, Productive Senior Officers and/or Other such Elder Workers at Key Posts, including at the CoE, in the EU, National Universities, Political Life, etc, (who are also Good and Trustworthy Press Contacts) just because of some Automatic, Massive Pension schemes of anOther Period of Time, which mechanically pull them Out of the Production's process, cutting valuable Relations, built with Trust accumulated over Time, and Losing precious Gray Matter Assets for our Society, "Eurofora" Critically observed.

=> Isn't it Preferable to Try to Find some Innovative Formulas, (including, f.ex., Part-Time and/or Flexibly Adapted Work, etc), Able, on the Contrary, to adequately Harvest their Otherwise Lost, but still Big Productive Potential, (at least for some among them : Even Bigger than Before, given their Aquired Experience, Relations, Trust, etc), even if it might be done withOut Forcing them to unwillingly do so, either Exhausting them, but, rather, by Inciting, Facilitating, and, First of all : Allowing them to act accordingly, particularly whenever they are Able and Wiling to continue to Actively participate in operations Usefull for Nowadays Society ?, "Eurofora" asked Ndiaye.

- The French Government's Spokeswoman reaction, (after having Also heard, earlier Today, some Citizen's spontaneous complaints about the "Drama" that, sometimes, represents, at least for certain Elder Workers, the Fact that, Suddenly they are automatically and mechanically Obliged to be Definitively Cut Out of the Productive Process, only because of Natural Aging), appeared even More Positive than initially expected :

- "I am enclined to Agree very much with You !", the Young Minister Replied, right from the outset, to "Eurofora"s above mentioned Question.

- Moreover, "I think that this would be One of the Leads to be Explored in the foreseable Future", the Government's Spokeswoman highlighted.

- "And that we should Expect some interesting developments in that direction", Sibeth Ndiaye Concluded, pointing at the currently foreseable Horizon.

+ Earlier, she had also Stressed, Today in Strasbourg, the alleged French Government's Willingness and Commitment to thoroughly and decisively "Negociate" any forthcoming Pensions' Reform, even at the eve, during and after possible "Strikes", Together with all Social and/or Political Stakeholders, including Trade Unions, Political Parties, relevant NGOs, Competent Experts, and/or various other People's Representatives, etc.

- Similarly, mutatis-mutandis, Meanwhile, Nowadays on 2019, the Latest "Charlie Hebdo"'s Edition, Published during This Week on 30/10/2019, obviously points, Also right from its Front-Page Headlines and Picture, at a Warning for an alleged Risk for a kind of ..."Islamic Republic", (Instead of a "Secular Republic", as it's Traditionally stressed in France+), to Currently be, already, Advancing, i.e. "Walking on the Road", (in the Original in French : "Republique en Marche", which Equals the Name of President Macron's political Party), and Shows a Cartoon Design Full of Islamic Scarf-bearing Women, dressed All in Black, and provocatively Walking All Together in a Long Row, even behind the Back of President Macron, whose Cartoon Figure, nevertheless, Turns his Eyes Away from such Massive Social Events often Staged in Public Areas Recently, by Claiming that : - "This does Not Concern me !", (a Noted Reference to an earlier Macron's Press Statement Making a Distinction between "Public Services" Buildings, including Education, etc., and School-Classes' Excursions at a Countryside, where some have Recently taken a Habit to quasi-Systematically send some Islamic Scarf-Wearing Women, to "Accompagny" the Pupils, who are, in consequence, All Submited, During almost a Day-Long Round Trip, to the Continuous Spectacle of such a Conspicuous/Ostentatious Bearing of 1 Religion's External Symbols, which, in French Law, is ususally Prohibited in Public Spaces, for Any Religion, (even if the precise Interpretation of those terms, in Various Concrete cases, might still Appear, more or less Controversial or subject to Discussion, perhaps in need of a more Clear Definition, sometimes).

The Problem is that, recently, some Provocative Groups, seem Attending to Exploit, in one way or another, the  Fact that Most French People are Notoriously very "Touchy" about Anything which, Eventually, Might Appear to adversely Affect their BeLoved, and Officialy Established, "Secular Republic" Principle, which was also Legally Adopted Since the Historic 1789 Democratic Revolution which Marked Both all the Country, and Many Other National States (even several European or International Organisations) accross the World, inter alia, Also in order to Put a Stop to sterile Conflicts, Clashes, or even Wars between Various Religions, (sometimes, even Between various Confessions, related to just One Religion !), which had Provoked too much Negative Trouble, in some cases even Bloody, Prefering, thus, to Officially Avoid, in Principle, Any Ostentatory Religious Sign, at least in every Citizens' behavior at Public Services' areas, so that EveryDay Life in Society could be Pacified, and All People, of Various Religions, get a Chance to Live Together in Peace, (Whatever might, eventually, be their Religious Practice, in their Private Lives).

So that, such Issues, seem to ReGain Actuality, by attacting even the Interest of Mainstream French Establishment's Political Parties, f.ex. from the Center-Right "Republicans", etc., who have, reportedly, just Asked Explanations from President Macron, and a Serious Examination of relevant Facts and/or Provocations, eventually by an "Ad Hoc" Public Committee, as well as a Pluralistic and Democratic Debate, under the auspices of the French Ombudsman/Defensor of Citizens' Righsts, Experienced former Minister, MEP and CoE's elected Top Official, Jacques Toubon, (Partly UPDATED)...

Meanwhile, a Recent Poll by "IFOP", published at Mainstream "JDD" Newspaper, Clearly shows that a Huge, 78% Majority of French People are Afraid that the Traditional Principle of a "Secular Democracy" is currently Threatened, and, Among them, a Strong Absolute Majority of More than + 61% Wants a much Wider Prohibition of any Ostentatory Religious Symbols in Nowadays Society, while Also being, reportedly, Critical of some islamist, more or less Extreme Groups, to Impose their Mark over Modern European Democracy, something that they, reportedly, find Incompatible with its principles and values. Recently, "Charlie Hebdo" has been reportedly Accused, by some, for Defending such Popular Views.

+ But, Advancing even Further, "Charlie Hebdo"s Critical Journalists, Despite the Fact that Most of their Teams, stemmed, Originally, rather from a Traditional "Left" side of the Political/Ideological Spectrum, However, Nowadays, did Not Shy Away from Vigorously Replying to certain Heavy Verbal Attacks by Some so-called "Leftist" or assimilated Politicians of Today, who, After having Notoriously Lost the Trust of Most Proletarized People, mainly because of their own, Opportunistic "U-Turns" in Politics, Abandoning Many of the Principles and Values that they Had Claimed to Defend in the Past, were, step by step, practically Obliged to Subordinate themselves to Various Selfsh Interests of several Other "Lobbies", just in order to get Some Votes...

=> So, Today, f.ex., even during the Various Original "Cartoons" that "Charlie Hebdo"'s Designers were Systematically Creating, during the Debates in Strasbourg's "Opera", and Projecting, one after the other, Over the Main Stage of that Spectacle, we saw, inter alia, Also some, Indirect But Obvious, Satirical Criticism vis a vis certain among such Pseudo-"Leftist" Politicians, including, f.ex., a Humoristic, but Polemic Observation of the Fact that, recently, : -"Someone in the Left, is Cleaning his Nose" (sic !)... Edwy Plenel, former Director of "Le Monde" Newspaper, (in the Past, among the most Prestigious Medias, but, already since Before the 1990ies, Fallen in a growing ImPopularity, after several Controversial Political "U-Turns", Dependensy from some Questionable "Millionaires", etc), and, Later, Founder of the Scandal-Mongering, Controversial Web-Site "MediaPart", (Initially Threatened by Bankruptcy, but Afterwards saved mainly by former President Sarkozy's Law on Funding "Editors On-Line", that he Exploited, withOut Hesitating to Launch, Afterwards, Numerous Personal Attacks against Both Sarkozy himself, and Many among his Allies or Collaborators, such as F. - I.e., what has been Recently Denounced, in this case, as "Bunkerisation", and is Clearly Pictured at least in a relevant Satirical Cartoon, which Resumes characteristicaly this provoked Problem, (that can, Obviously, be Aggravated whenever someone, Slyly Exploits the above-mentioned Threats, in order to Hypocriticaly Provoke even Excessive, DisProportioate or UnNecessary Pseudo-"Security" Obstacles) :

=> Thus, inter alia, f.ex., we learned also that, in addition to a Lady usualy met in the CoE, and Friend of "Charlie Hebdo"'s Chief Editor, Gerard Biard, who suddenly found a Closed Door at Strasbourg's "Opera du Rhin", when she went to Park her Car ; and to anOther, Old Dignified Lady with White Hair, who, reportedly, also Found a Closed Door when she Arrived just a Few Minutes Later than the Precise Hour indicated for the Beginning of that Event; it's even a Journalist for European Issues, who was Curiously Hindered to Enter Inside to do his Duty, under the Hollow Pretext that he came just 10 or 20 Minutes Later than scheduled, Because he was Handicaped, Obliged to Walk painfuly Slow, and Exhausted, with 2 Crutches !

- He kindly Implored to be let in, to accomplish his Duty, at such an Exceptional Event, concerning Survivors of ISIS Islamist Brutal Terrorism and Press Freedom, with obvious particular Importance for Human Rights, Accepting Even to Stand all the Time, withOut taking Any Seat, if necessary, But this didN't move at all those strange impassible Guards, who, apparently, didn't give a damn, (if not, even, might Dislike to eventually have a larger Press impact for "Charlie Hebdo"s Controversial Criticism : Comp. + Moreover, Instead of Helping to Find any Practical, Human and Efficient Solution, on the Contrary, those Idle, Lazy "Guards", placed Behind Metallic Bars, Started to tell Gros LIES :

- F.ex., to a Demand to Contact Anyone among the Organizers, they Replied Negatively, by Claiming that "the Doors have Closed, and we can't even Speak to anyone inside" !. But, Shortly, it was Found out that, in fact, ... All the Front Doors were, totaly ...OPEN, so that Many People could Come and Go, as they wished !

- Moreover, they also Claimed that "there wasN't, No more, Any Place available Inside", while, on the Contrary, All the People who, Meanwhile, Got Out of that Building, revealed that there were Empty Places, particularly at the 1st Floor, where even Photos and Videos, Later-on, Showed, indeed, a lot of Empty Spaces...

- When the unfortunate Journalist Insisted to Contact and Speak to someone from the Organizing Team, Later-on, they Called an Unknown Guy (who looked, in fact, just as anOther Guard, Similar to them), WihOut letting exchange Not even 1 Word with him, They told him something in Secret, and, when, Afterwards, he Returned Back, They Announced that "the Reply was "No !"", withOut ever letting the Journalist Speak to Any Organizer, Not even for 1 Second !

    All this occurs in Front of a Long and Large Metallic Structure, placed Far Away from the "Opera of Rhine"'s Building, in Front of its Main Door, UpStairs, But Down in a Nearby Square, at a Distance of for More than 100 Meters.

+ At anOther Side of that Huge Metallic Plexus, (composed by the Addition of Many 1-2 Meters-long Metal Barriers, Linked Together), are anOther 4 or 5 "Local Policemen" of the Municipality of Strasbourg, from whom, the Journalist Recognizes, quite well, at least the Physionomy of 2 of them, with whom he has apparently met (and probably Spoken in the Past) several Times :

=> In Despair, as Time goes by, slyly Destroyed by such an UnPrecedented and UnWarned Obstacle, he Tries to, at least, Speak to one of them, who looks the most Familiar, appeas to be Heading that Group, and has Now Approached very Near. Those Local Policemen seem to have Nothing to do, with a Lot of Time to lose, since they have been doing Nothing else, than merely Standing By, Idle, and Chatting between them, All the time...

But, Suddenly, when that Journalist starts Speaking to them, they Radicaly Change Attitude : They Stop Advancing towards him, Turn Around, and Rapidly Run Away, Ostensibly Refusing the Slightest Contact, withOut saying anything to him ! Once they arrived Far Away, then, they Turn, Look at him from a Distance, and Start to ...Laugh, with Obvious Irony and Contempt, Mocking, in a Blatantly Pejorative manner, as if they had nothing else to do than, Instead of trying to provide the Slightest Help, on the Contrary, Cowardly attempt to Ridiculize that poor Handicaped Journalist, Ostensibly Laughing at him, apparently Glad that he had been Excluded !-

Scandalously, one of them is even Paid, by a Public Service, in order to Mainly Help "Old" and/or "Handicaped" People ! But, Instead of that, he Ostensibly Refuses even to Speak to the Exhausted Old and Handicaped Journalist, Desperately Waiting for Hours standing in Crutches, but, on the Contrary, Laughs at him Pejoratively, apparently Slanders him slyly, behind the back, (speaking in Preference with those who Grossly Insulted and/or Threatened him, just Minutes ago), and Plays a Leading Role in attempts to Impose even More Metallic Barriers, Hindering him even to Meet various Friends and other Aquaintances, when they Start Leaving the Opera (See Infra) ...

Obviously, all that Suddenly Provoked Distance being incredibly Long, for More than 1 or even 2 Hundred Meters Further Away, since they Oblige to walk around many Metallic Barriers, is Abused as a Total Hindrance to Contact Anyone, Even Outside of the Opera, (since the Exhausted Handicaped Journalist with Crutches and Pains at his Wounded Feet, naturaly, canNot walk on Time) !

However, in fact, they Never had Anything to Worry about their Victim, under Any Hollow, Hypocritical Pretext of Pseudo-"Security" : Most of them (Comp. Supra), already Knew that he was, indeed, a Long-Time Journalist, and this was Also Obvious by several EU/COE/G7 Press Cards pending at his chest; he clearly looked as a European, well known in Strasbourg (including those Local Policemen of the Municipality : Comp. Supra) for being a practicing Christian during Many Years, (etc), and his whole Profile of a notoriously Handicaped and Aged person, with the Crutches and his (also Exhausted) Wife, etc., certainly could Not raise any legitimate Suspicion to eventually be Mistaken for a ...fervent adept of Dangerous Islamist Extremism, Hidding Knives, Machine-Guns, or Bombs, and send by ISIS...

+ SIgnificantly, Contrary to those Thuggish, Mafia-like pseudo-"Guards" or those Idle/Lazy and curiously Negative (perhaps Corrupted) Local Pseudo-"Policemen" (Comp. Supra), the Real, National Police of France, (all Armed, many with Heavy Machine-Guns, etc), omni-Present Around such an Event, and/or their more Discreet Collegues of the various National Security Services, that anybody vaguely Felt circulating around, were, Today, Always Correct and Serious, Focused on their Duties, sometimes even Kind and Friendly, withOut provoking Any Negative Incident, and Did not Hinder Any Legitimate Move, (while, Nevertheless, being really Omni-Present, Visibly or Discreetly, as well as Fast-Moving, Many Times, In and Out Strasbourg's Opera, withOut any problem whatever, but Respecting elementary Human Dignity) !

The Last, curiously Negative "Intermediary", was an UnKnown so-called "Moderator" in Today's Event, who gave Fake Mis-Information to that Handicaped Journalist and his Wife, Falsely Claiming that All the "Charlie Hebdo"s Team would have "Immediately" Left Strasbourg for Paris, just After that "Opera" Event,

while, on the Contrary, a Collegue Journalist from Paris, Rightfully Informed them that "Charlie Hebdo"'s Group should Now, normaly, go to a Reception at the adjacent City Hall, located Nearby, and this was, Indeed, Confirmed Both by Eye Witnesses, and on the spot City's Agents, as well as a Key Official among the 2019 WFD Organizers (former Long-Time, Experienced Journalist,) unfortunately Too Late...

- As for the poor, Polite Agents of Strasbourg's National "Opera of the Rhine", met only Afterwards by that unfortunate Handicaped Journalist, behaving very Kindly and Seriously, Astonished and Shocked by what had Happened, explained that, in Addition to all those Obstacles to Meet or otherwise Communicate with the People, they had Also Faced the Exceptional and Strange Problem to have (as they Complained), "up to 6 Different Interlocutors" for the Organisation of that Event, "who were just Coming Here to Give us various Instructions, one after the other, withOut even Knowing really, most of the times, Who they Were !"... (sic).

- "Eurofora", Investigating Later that Exceptional Incident, Found, inter alia, also that, because of just another Measure of Precaution, for alleged "Security" Issues, indeed, at least, Some among the interested People, (but Not All), had been, reportedly, Informed, (by Last-Minute E-Mails, etc), that, in fact, the precise Hour Scheduled for Starting to Enter inside Strasbourg's "Opera" Building for that Unique "Charlie Hebdo" Team Event, was Changed, by being Advanced from 13.30 to 12.30, (i.e. 1 whole Hour Earlier !), as an Experienced, Long-Time former Collegue Journalist, Nowadays Author and one of the Co-Organisers of this 2019 WFD, told us this Evening. However, his Wife reportedly managed to enter inside "just 5 Minutes before the Initial Time Deadline Expires", i.e. around 14.25, he Claimed.

    On the Contrary, when Other People, (including, mainly, the above-mentioned Handicaped European Journalist, with Crutches, and his Wife), were hindered (for Various Reasons) to Arrive Exactly Before 14.30, But came, f.ex., just 10, or 20 Minutes Later, (for that More than 3 Hours-Long Public Event, due to Conclude around 17.30 or 18 h.), they were Blocked, under some so-called unknown "Security" Pretexts.

    But, Even then, it's Not at all Clear Why it wasN't Feasible to, at least, Allow some well-Controlled Individual Entries, Whenever technically Possible, (as it's almost Always done in Various Other EU/COE/UN Public Meetings, and/or in Theaters/Cinemas/Operas, etc., f.ex. at the Moment of an "Entre-Acte", or Between the 3 "Round-Tables" organized in this "Charlie Hebdo" Event), particularly in Certain Exceptionally Justified cases, (as, f.ex., in that Short Delay of a Handicaped European Journalist, etc), and, a fortiori, as long as there were Still Available on the spot, several "Guards" and "Municipal Policemen", adequate Installations and Space for Controls, Ready to be Used at any moment in Front of the Main Entrance, without Any visible Technical Problem at all, as "Eurofora" Verified (See relevant Photo), etc...

    Most of All, at Any Case, a Natural short Delay of just a Few Minutes, for a seriously motor Handicaped Journalist notoriously Publishing European News for Many Years, does Not give Any Excuse, to anyone involved, for eventually ill-Treating him with such a blatantly Un-Friendly and even Openly Hostile manners, multiple Lies, Humiliations, Insults, Threats, Discriminations, Brutal Hindrance even to Speak to Friends and other Acquaintances, at least, when they were Leaving out of "Opera"s Building, etc, (Comp. On the Contrary, eventualy "Jealous", French Brown Haired, Female Cartoonist of "Charlie Hebdo", the Charming "Coco", (who has just Publishd even a Book inspired from the World-Famous, Ancient Greek Philosopher "Platon's Banquet"), immediately Exploited that Opportunity in order to Draft a Fresh Satirical Cartoon, picturing that "Femen" Announce that, Exceptionaly, she will "Not Show" her "Breasts", Today.

=> Spontaneously Reacting to that "Femen"'s Unusual Announcement, 3 Male People from the Audience, are Pictured in that "Coco's" Satirical Cartoon, Giving a Signal to each-other, with a Disapointed: -"Let's Go" (Out) call...

- Shortly After the "Bataclan" Massacre's Survivors Signed a Collective Appeal at "Le Parisien" Newspaper, (Comp. Supra),  to Defend the Syrian kurdish People, and denounce that the French Government has "Let them Down", Riss said he "Share(s) this View". "

Given the Urgency, the current Deal between Syrian Kurds (the Biggest Regional Minority of the Country) and the National Government in Damas, is, mainly "Military", in order to Face immediately the Turkish Armed Invasion and Occupation, reportedly Leaving "Political" Questions, (as, f.ex., Federalisation or DeCentralisation, SDF Autonomous Part of the Syrian Army, etc.), for Later-on. Meanwhile, after the US, Russia is reportedly trying to Mediate, also in Real Practice, including by Patrols, between Turkey's Invading Forces and their Armed Gangs' Proxies, from one side, and the Defending Syrian kurds and National Government, from the other side, amidst a very Delicate and UnStable context on the spot.

Earlier, already the previous, Long-Time CoE's Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland, replying to a relevant Question by "Eurofora", had acknowledged the fact that, the "New Situation" in Syria, in view of USA's Withdrawal, left a Space for Europe, including CoE, at least on Migrants and even Constitutional Issues, (even if the situation had "not yet reached that point", then, while it has done so, Recently : Comp. Supra, +See: http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coesgjaglandgermanmfamaasrussia.html, etc). On that 2nd Point, Jagland's above-mentioned Reply to "Eurofora"s Question, Later proved to be Premonitory...

Recently, the New CoE's Secretary General, Marija Buric, speaking to Turkish Journalists, spoke also about Migrants, But, in Addition, about "Civilian People"'s need to be Protected, (even if Syria is not directly under CoE's remit), as she pointed out, (apparently pointing, indirectly but surely, at ECHR's "Loizidou" case-law, which recognizes the Responsibility of an EU Member State as also Turkey, whenever it "Controls" the situation at a precise Area and Period of Time).

However, Afterwards, curiously, someone and/or something, apparently incited Buric to Focus mainly on Migrants only, surprisingly Skipping now any Reference to the Need to Protect Civilian People, (at anOther Reply to a French Media's Questions), arguying that Turkey would have "Announced" the "End" (Not Simple precarious "CeaseFire" for a Few Days until Kurds get lost), of its "Military" Invasion/Occupation of the Syrian Kurdish Region ! But, on the Contrary, the Latest Developments on the spot, prove that, in fact, Turkey's Forces persist to Attack, Both Syrian Kurds and Damas' Government's National Army's positions, in addition to Invading Many More Syrian Kurdish Villages,... (Partly UpDated).

Thus, the Question on How to Articulate, if not in the Current, at least in a "Future Syria" (Comp. Supra), a closer Cooperation between Damas' National Government, and the Syrian Kurds, came at the Forefront. Even if, Nowadays, the Obvious Urgency is to Rapidly Find Practical Ways for a close and Efficient Synergy on the spot, Leaving any Complex Issue for Later-on in the Future.
