Calls for Enquiry on Ukraine's Deadly Snipers' mystery droped at EU Parliament in strange conditions

*Strasbourg/EU Parliament/- Strange Facts around an unclear, unexplained yet "Rejection" of a Call made by MEPs and Ukranian Civil Society actors present at Maidan, after astonishing but controversial recent Revelations at the beginning of March, to "Investigate" the shady affair of Deadly "Snipers" who reportedly triggered an outburst of Violence at Kiev, killing Most of those found Dead  among Protestors and Policemen alike, as well as breaking into pieces a Compromise Agreement between Ukranian former Opposition Leaders and president Yanukovych under EU auspices back on February 21st, provoking current Risks of Partition in a politically Divided Ukraine Today, raise unexpected Question Marks after EU Parliament's Plenary Votes, earlier this Thursday in Strasbourg (See Infra). This was apparently due to a macabre Provocation, by Snipers' shots against both sides alike, which, according even to leaks, o the 5th of March, from a Phone conversation between the Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet, and EU's High Representative for External affairs, Baroness Cathy Ashton, of February 26, partly confirmed afterwards, could have been manipulated by "someone inside the new Coalition" who seized power at Kiev, and/or by "a 3rd Force" which "is Not Ukranian", according to other, apparently Opposite claims  :  

Astonishingly, this crucial point, already rumoured before March 5, hasn't been efficiently investigated yet, and, in addition to initial reports of "lack of interest" at Kiev, (denied later by some), more than a whole Week later, almost Nothing important hasn't been heard yet about any such "International Investigation", (as it has been repeatedly asked by key Ukranian Civil Society actors before and after the 5th of March), nor about any concrete finding or other result whatever, until now, while, however, Crimea-related and other Tensions between EU/USA and Russia are currently growing in Europe and the whole World, as one of the results of what has happened since an uknown yet Puppet-player pulled the strings of those Deadly Kiev Snipers..

According to key parts of a Transcript made by "EuroFora" from the Video with the alleged Phone leak, at the link provided by the Brittish mainstream Newspaper "Telegraph.co.uk" ( http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/ukraine/10677370/Ukraine-Russia-crisis-live.html ), the above mentioned Call made by Estonian Foreign Minister Paet, after holding a series of Meetings at Ukraine, to Baroness Ashton, at First regrets the Fact that "it's Sad", that "there is No Trust, towards those Politicians who are in ....  the Coalition", "and in Maidan and among Civil Society, they say : - "All these guys have a Dirty Past".

 - "They [the Coalition currently in power at Kiev] made proposals to Civil Society, as . Olga (that you know) to go into the Government, but Olga f.ex. [a Doctor who helped Victims at Maidan square during the recent events] said that she .. would go to the Government only if she can take with her, her Team and Foreign Experts, to start Real Health-care Reforms". - "So,.... the Trust level is absolutely Low".

 - "On the other hand, [there are]Security problems, [Territorial] Integrity problems, Crimea, etc. ... [And the previously elected to the Government, now in Opposition] Regions' Party was "absolutely upset" :  They said  they Accept that there will be a New Government, extraordinary Elections, etc. But there is enormous Pressure against MPs,... Uninvited Visitors, during the Night, to Party Members, etc. + Some Journalists who were with me saw, during that Day, that an MP was Beaten, just in front of the Parliament's Building by those guys with Guns in the  Streets. ..So that all this Mess is still  there".

- "And, of course, Olga and other People from the Civil Society, they were absolutely Shocked;  they said People won't leave the Streets before they see that Real Reforms start...  =>  "So that it's Not Enough just to Change a Government. ...". [Because People expect also] "EU's Financial Package, together with others', [and] need Real Reforms (not just a Change of Government), with "Action now.. to increase the level of Trust.  Otherwise it will End Badly", he Warned.  +"Because the Regions' Party said also, ... Wait to see when People from the Eastern part [Russian speaking Population] will Awake up, and ask for their Rights"...

- But, when Ashton is heard to Reply something about "Medium-Long Term" EU Aid, linked also to "Anti-Corruption" measures, and to the "Need to get New People inside" a New Government indeed, as well as to what she uses to "say to the Party of Regions :  You need to go with Flowers to Maidan, because People are angry, when they see" [the traces of the Victims, etc.], then, Paet adds that "only Prosenkov, he had some Links with Maidan", and reacts by Revealing the main Issue :

>>> "Quite Disturbing : This same Olga (Medical Dr Bogomolets : Comp. supra) said that Evidence shows that all those People killed by Snipers, were from Both Sides, Policemen and then people at the streets, and  that they were THE SAME SNIPERS who were KILLING people from BOTH SIDES ...!"- "She showed me some Photos, she's a Medical Doctor, you know, so she can say that it's the Same "Handwritting", the Same type of Bullets", etc., the Estonian Foreign Minister denounced.

=> -"And, it's really Disturbing, Now :  The New Coalition, they don't want to Investigate, what exactly happened !" "They "don't accept that it happened". => "So, now, it's more a more an understanding that Behind Snipers, there wasn't Yanukovich, but it was somebody from the New Coalition !"...

 - “Well, yeah…that’s, that’s terrible.... I think we should Investigate. I mean, I didn't pick that up,. Just interesting. Gosh !", Ashton is heard to initially Agree in her spontaneous Reply. +"So, it was extremely Disturbing that ..   (it) already Discredited, from the Beginning, this New Coalition", Paet concluded in that Tape.

 = Speaking afterwards to a Brittish Journalist, Olga reportedly confirmed that "she had asked for a full forensic criminal Investigation into the deaths that occurred in the Maidan. "...I hope International experts and Ukrainian investigators will make a determination of what type of weapons, who was involved in the killings and how it was done. ..... There were 15 people killed on the First Day by Snipers. They were Shot Directly to the Heart, Brain and Arteries. There were more than 40 the next day, 12 of them died in my arms. Our nation has to Ask the Question : -"Who were the Killers ?" - "Who Asked them to come to Ukraine ?". We need good Answers on the basis of Expertise", she concluded.

++ Indeed, already on February 20, Daily Telegraph had noted the Strange fact that the Victims of Snipers "were Shot in the Head, the Neck or the Heart. None were shot anywhere else, like in the Legs", while "a Majority of the more than 100 people who Died in the violence were Shot by Snipers", according to other mainstream International Media (See also Infra).

 - "We cannot independently verify, but there are Reports in Russia that the Snipers who shot at protesters and police in Kiev were hired by Maidan leaders, according to a leaked Phone conversation between the EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton and Estonian foreign affairs minister", resumed, immediately after the 1st Publications on the Leaks, the Brittish Newspaper "Telegraph", which also re-published a full Video-Tape ( http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/ukraine/10677370/Ukraine-Russia-crisis-live.html ).

+ "Baroness Ashton had "No Comment" when approached by Bruno Waterfield, our correspondent in Brussels", Telegraph added later-on.

- "Olga Bogomolets was the main Doctor for the Maidan mobile clinic when protests turned violent in Kiev. She treated the gravely injured and helped organized their transportation to neighboring countries, who had expressed a willingness to treat those with severe wounds. From the outset, Olga blamed the injuries and deaths on snipers. She turned down the position of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Humanitarian Affairs offered by the coup-appointed regime", explained "Russia Today".

++ "The Estonian Foreign Minister's Office released a Statement confirming the Authenticity of the tape, but giving its own spin on what was said:  - "Foreign minister Paet was giving an overview of what he had Heard in Kiev and expressed Concern over the situation on the ground. We reject the claim that Paet was giving an Assessment of the Opposition's involvement in the Violence." =>  "While the office says he was not giving an assessment of the opposition's involvement in the violence, he did say that there was a stronger and stronger understanding that it was not Yanukovych that was behind the snipers, but someone from the new coalition. This seems to contradict the statement issued by Paet's office. + "Olga does think that there should be an Investigation", even if "she seems to deny" some concrete points made by Paet,  according to "an Interview to "Ukrainska Pravda", adds the "Digital Journal", observing, however, the fact that "Estonia is a supporter of that (New) Coalition" now in power at Kiev, so that, "for him to lie, makes no sense" on that issue. Moreover, even "the New Ukrainian Government also Agrees that the Snipers who fired on protesters and police were Not under orders from Yanukovych", "DJ" found, pointing mainly at possible External factors (See Infra).

 - But, as Paet denounced, "most of the (current Ukranian) Press does Not even seem Interested in this Fact, even though it is Crucial to interpreting the events", "DJ" agrees. + Indeed, "EuroFora" also found that It's notoriously since February 20, and "in the space of a Few Hours", that Dozens were killed, not by Clashes between the Police and Protestors, but by Snipers alone, as also the "Daily Telegrapph" reported, among many other Media. What followed shortly afterwards, obviously pushed to overthrow the Compromise that had been agreed, meanwhile, between President Yanujovych and the Leaders of the Opposition, under the auspices and in the presence of 3 EU Countries' Foreign Ministers, from Germany, France and Poland, provoking further Bloodshed and the current situation of risks for Ukraine's division, (as f.ex. the German mainstream Newspaper "Die Welt" had immediately Warned when revoltees obliged Yanukovych to flee violence, with a locacius Map at its Frontpages' Headline News : See relevant PHOTO).

 + According to another Brittish mainstream Newspaper, "The Guardian", "the Estonian foreign ministry confirmed the leaked conversation was Accurate", but, on the contrary, "Ashton's office said it did not comment on leaks", ( http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/mar/05/ukraine-bugged-call-catherine-ashton-urmas-paet ). "On Wednesday Paet confirmed the recording was authentic, and told reporters in Tallinn that he was merely repeating what Bogomolets had told him", and "he called Bogomolets "clearly a person with authority", according to "FoxNews" ( http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/03/06/russian-un-ambassador-comes-out-swinging-on-leaked-call/ ).  Similar obervations were made also by "Reuters", which found that Estonia "Acknowledged that the audio recording of a conversation between Foreign Minister Urmas Paet and European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton was Authentic", ( http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/03/05/us-estonia-eu-ukraine-idUSBREA2423O20140305 ), while "Daily Mail" made it even more clear, at its Headlines, that "Estonian Foreign Ministry confirms Authenticity of leaked phone call discussing how Kiev Snipers who shot protesters were possibly hired by Ukraine's New Leaders", ( http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2573923/Estonian-Foreign-Ministry-confirms-authenticity-leaked-phone-call-discussing-Kiev-snipers-shot-protesters-possibly-hired-Ukraines-new-leaders.html  ). However, mainly Anglo-American Media reported an Estonian Official trying to Distinguish between Minister Paet's giving "an Overview of what he Heard in Kiev the previous Day" (that he acknowledged), and "an Assessment of the Opposition's involvement in the Violence" (that he wouldn't have done yet : Comp. Supra).

+ Another former Dissident, Musiy, after confirming the fact that "Police Officer's Wounds .. were Identical" to those of "Civilians and Protestors", so that, obviously, "the  Shootings were intended to generate a wave of revulsion, so strong that it would topple Yanoukovych", since, "if there hadn't been this Provocation, this action from a 'third sector,' I think Yanukovych would have remained in power," ( http://www.scotsman.com/news/world/mystery-over-identity-of-snipers-who-caused-city-bloodbath-1-3333574 ). ++ "Oleksandr Yakymenko, the former head of Ukraine's Security Service, claimed ...that pro-Maidan ...organizers were the ones behind the Feb. 20 Shootings. Yakymenko said the shots came from Kyiv's Philharmonic Hall. That particular building was overseen by the Fatherland Party's deputy Andriy Parubiy, known unofficially as the "Commander of Maidan." After President Viktor Yanukovych fled Ukraine, Parubiy assumed the post of Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council for the interim Ukrainian government. Yakymenko said Snipers started shooting at local Police forces, but then directed their fire on the anti-government Protesters.... He added that the Maiden fighters appeared "prepared," leaving the barricades at the first sniper shot". .. "After the shooting, some of the snipers moved on to Hotel Ukraine", according to "The Global Post" , ( http://www.globalpost.com/dispatch/news/regions/europe/140313/who-were-the-maidan-snipers-ukraine-security-head ). +++ "BBC's Gabriel Gatehouse" reportedly "said he saw one of the Shooters "wearing one of the Protesters' green helmets," and shooting from an open Window in Hotel Ukraine", "TheGlobalPost" adds. "Gatehouse also spoke to Brittish forensic experts on Feb. 24, who examined evidence from the sniper fire. They said ...at least one Sniper shot from the Ground, while three shot from higher vantage points, ...They all fired in the direction of Hotel Ukraine".

=> - Already 1 Day before the revelation of the Esthonian Foreign Minister's observations (Comp. Supra), it's also the Russian President Vladimir Putin, who,  replying to a Press Question, suggested that the snipers in fact “may have been Provocateurs from 0pposition parties”. Meanwhile, other Web Media observed that "at least two of the main Neo-Nazi Maidan paramilitary leaders, who in all probability were directly or indirectly involved in the sniper killings", and "now occupy positions of authority in the new government, overseeing the armed forces, police, and the prosecutor’s office", ( http://www.globalresearch.ca/leaked-telephone-conversation-ukraine-sniper-killings-of-opposition-protesters-ordered-by-opposition-leaders-blamed-on-yanukovych/5372013 ).  + This was followed; afterwards, also by the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador Churkin, speaking to Reporters .... Thursday afternoon : -“As to who was the Source of sniper fire… there were clearly Opposition Fighters who took over a Hotel in downtown Kiev who were working as Snipers shooting at somebody in the streets. So now it’s obvious that they were the ones who killing both the policemen and those who were protesting in order to exploit even further protests and take power by force to execute this coup in Ukraine". But, “unfortunately, that Transcript, which created quite a stir in Russian and some European Media, was completely Ignored by the mainstream American media here", Ambassador Churkin reportedly criticized,  according, f.ex.  to "FoxNews" ( http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/03/06/russian-un-ambassador-comes-out-swinging-on-leaked-call/ ).

+ But it's apparently only USA's "AP" which went further to claim that Musiy  (who, contrary to the Critical Witness Olga cited by the Estonian FM, he accepted the job of Ukraine's Health Minister), reportedly stressed, later, that all this "led .. to conclude that Snipers... were intended to ...justify a Russian Invasion" (sic !), as the American Agency added, (even if it took the  precaution to ...lift brackets, exceptionally on this part only, among what AP attributes to Musiy, including explicit references to "a part of the old regime", "but ...also the work of Russian special forces who served and maintained the ideology of the (old) regime" ( http://www.foxnews.com/world/2014/03/07/russia-and-ukraine-give-different-versions-sniper-tragedy-that-drove-yanukovych/ ).  + This was reproduced f.ex. by "Independent Writer" Ken Hanley at the News Website "Digital Journal", etc., ( http://www.digitaljournal.com/news/politics/op-ed-ukraine-claims-russia-behind-sniper-fire-against-maidan-protests/article/375476 ), while some Blogs fluctuated between "the widespread hypothesis that this could have been done by Provocators emanating from this or that group of EuroMaidan", and one of its Alternatives : "May be some men from the Russian Special Forces", (as f.ex. : http://www.dedefensa.org/article-lady_ashton_le_ministre_estonien_et_les_snipers_05_03_2014.html ) ...

=> There is a "MYSTERY over (the) Identity of Snipers who caused Bloodbath", concludes UK mainstream Media "The Scotsman" ! ( http://www.scotsman.com/news/world/mystery-over-identity-of-snipers-who-caused-city-bloodbath-1-3333574 )

>>> in fact, the "Snipers'" issue seems of Fundamental Importance for the Ukraine crisis, both from Human Rights/Moral and from Political points of view :

- 1st because Most among the Victims, Killed or Wounded at Kiev's recent events, reportedly were hit by Snipers, (who even targetted Heads or Hearts, but No Legs : Comp. Supra).

- And 2nd, because this Peak of Deadly Violence, which erupted almost at the same time that Peace Talks were concluding with a Compromise between the then Opposition's Leaders and president Yanukovych, in the presence of 3 European Foreign Ministers : Germany's Steinmeier, France's Fabius and Poland's Sikorski , suddenly Triggered the Worst Brutal Conflicts since Kiev's demonstrations had started, and Broke into Pieces the latest Political Deal among all Ukranians under EU auspices for Peace, immediately provoking obvious Risks for a Partition of Ukraine and EU - Russia tension which could lead to a Confrontation catastrophic for all Europe, as several mainstream Media warned immediately after such facts, (f.ex. German "Die Welt'"s FrontPage Headlines, etc. : See Photo, etc).  

=> In consequence, particularly after the Addition of recent Revelations alleging that the same Snipers would have searched on purpose to Kill both Demonstrators and Policemen of Ukrania, obviously in order to provoke a Violent Conflict, further Divide Ukranians and threaten an EU - Russia clash, (See ...), it appeared Natural for EU Parliament to stress the Need "for an Independent and Transparent Investigation into .....the role and affiliation of Snipers", whose identity and intentions remained a Mystery, as an Amendment, tabled by French and Croatian MEPs Le Hyaric and Vuljanic, asked :

- In particular, that crucial Amendment "No 9" to EU Parliament's latest Draft Resolution on the most recent and still on-going Ukraine developments, called "for an Independent and Transparent Investigation into .....the role and affiliation of Snipers", as part of a Wider Enquiry concerning "All recent acts of Violence accross the whole of Ukraine", "and all Human Rights Violations that have taken place since the Demonstrations began", as well as  "for the Prosecution of those Responsible on all Sides".

=> So that it's naturally a Surprise that, (as it was briefly anounced by the MEP who was chairing Thursday's Votes),  a Majority inside EU Parliament seems to have Rejected any such Call of MEPs for a crystal-clear "Investigation" on what was called by mainstream Media the "Snipers' Mystery", and this appears even more Thorny, when several Facts indicate that the Crucial Amendment was droped amidst some very Strange Circumstances and in a Too Hasty way, which might have affected the result, eventually depriving many MEPs from a Fair Possibility to be clearly Informed and have enough Time to freely Think and Decide, in an unbiased way, whether they should, or not, ask for an Enquiry on those Snipers who killed and divided Ukranians :

- Indeed, as "EuroFora" found, initially, Le Hyaric and Vuljanic's "Amendment No 9", as it had been Tabled since back on February 26, had, at First, an absolutely Different scope, limiting itself to ask just to ""strongly Condemn, and express deep Concern, about the Anti-Semitic Propaganda and actions of Nationalist Forces", as well as to "condemn Attacks against Memorials to the Victims of World War II", as its Original content said until then, in the official EU Parliament's documents, which had been issued mainly for a previous debate and vote at its Foreign Affairs Committee in Brussels.

+ So, it's only after the Revelations made later, on the 5th of March, and partly Confirmed on March 6, after the Leakage of an alleged Phone Conversation between EU's High Representative on External affairs, Baroness Ashton, and the Esthonian Foreign Minister Paet, about the Snipers' issue, that the two above-mentioned MEPs decided to Change the Content of their Amendment by replacing the initial "Propaganda" and "Attacks against Memorials" condemnation, with a New Call for  to "Investigate" the Deadly and politically dangerous "Snipers" affair (Comp. Supra), as it appeared officially in a subsequent EU Parliament's Document, published on the 12 of March.

=> In consequence, it obviously appears likely that many MEPs might have Not had been given enough Time to be fully Informed, Think well, Exchange Views and Decide in full Conscience of what it was really at Stake, before the EU Parliament Plenary's Votes at the Noon of the 13th of March, (i.e. less than 1 Day later !), particularly in the Middle of many Other Reports on which they had to Vote earlier Today, (including some with many and complicated Amendments, such as f.ex. those related to the need to Protect Personal Data at the Internet, etc)...

+ Much more Important : This was Seriously Aggravated, and even more Problems were Added, when one considers the peculiar Circumstances in which the last and more crucial content of the "Amendment No 9" to the Draft Resolution on the latest Ukraine developments was finally presented and Voted in the Plenary, earlier Today :

- That Crucial Amendment asking for an "Investigation" on the Deadly and politically Dangerous "Snipers" issue, was obviously dismissed TOO HASTILY, and, moreover, this was Contrary to what happened for all Other Amendments, placed both Before and After its turn !

Indeed, while the First 5 Amendments (Nos 4, 6, 7, 5 and 34, tabled from Various Political Groups: EPP, Euro-Left, EFD, etc) were clearly Anounced distinctively one after the other, and Voted even with a Video footage showing in the Screen each one among  MEPs' votes, resulting into 2 Adoptions, and  a "Roll Call Vote" (RCV) showing Each MEP's vote, as it also happened Later-on, during almost .. All the Other Thirty Two [32] subsequent Votes which Followed after the Crucial point, with 3 Adoptions, 3 "Electronick Checks" clearly showing the Results, and 24 "RCV" revealing Each MEP's vote), the situation Radically Changed when the process had approached that particularly Important Amendment "No 9", (which had been placed at the 7th place in the "Voting List") :

- Suddenly, the MEP who Chaired Today's Votes, curiously Modified her attitude, and started, Contrary to what she had done until now, (and to what she did soon afterwards : Comp. Supra), to Hastily call in a row just the Numbers of each among Three (3) Amendments tabled by the EuroLeft Group, claiming Immediately afterwards that they were all successively "Rejected", without leaving any Time at all for EU Parliament's Video-streaming to show at the Screen Anything among what was happenng inside the Plenary (i.e. Exceptionaly Depriving everybody from Any Image on what was exactly happening during MEPs' Votes on the 2 First among those 3 Amendments), and obviously without leaving Any Time to MEPs themselves to really Read, Watch, Think, Decide and Act in full Conscience when they had to press the Button to Vote in 1 or 2 seconds !

 

=> The Fact that such a Strange (and Exceptional : Comp. Supra) Behavior might have practically Hidden some Politically Important Realities, became soon obvious, when, (facing Loud Protests by many MEPs), the Chair was Obliged to concede an "Electric Check" of the Votes on a Next Amendment (No 10) which Followed immediately After the Crucial one (No 9) : - This Revealed that ... only a Minority of 246 MEPS were Opposed to the Following Amendment,  while a Majority of 255 MEPs were either In Favor or Abstained ! And if that Next Amendment was Finaly Declared as "Rejected", it was just because of only a Small, ... 9 (Nine) MEPs' Difference between the Votes "For" and "Against" (respectively 237 and 246, with 18 Abstentions), i.e. the EU Parliament was obviously Divided on that other Issue ! While, moreover,  about ... 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) other MEPs did Not even Participate in that Vote, which was practicaly decided only by a mere Displacement of just 4 or 5 MEPs in a Total of some 751 existing in EU Parliament....

+ But, on the Contrary, as regards the Crucial Amendment No 9 (on the "Investigation" of the Deadly and suspect "Snipers" affair), even if MEPs' Loud Protests had already Started to be Heard when the Chair, too Hastily, claimed that it would have been "Rejected", nevertheless, Not any "Electronic Check" wasN't ever allowed, (i.e. at the Difference of what happened in several Other Controversial cases, including even that which Followed Immediately After that Crucial moment : Comp. Supra), thus Hindering to Know what had Really Happened on that most Topical, Human Rights-related and Politically important Issue, on what could have revealed, (in one or another way), perhaps the Biggest Bloody Scandal in some among the latest Ukraine developments which notoriously risk to disrupt Peace, Stability and Cooperation in Europe, obviously playing both with Innocent People's Lives and with Fire.

++ A possible reason (or Pretext) for a so Exceptionally Negative treatment against that MEPs' Amendment on "Investigating" the "Snipers" deadly scandal, might, eventually, be also due (at least Partly) to the fact that its Voting moment had been placed (as a "Sandwich") between another Amendment (No 8) which was also Dismissed Too Fast, and the Following one (No 10), which was intially also Dismissed Too Fast by the Chair, (exactly as she did also for the Intermediary Amendment No 9 : the Crucial one), but on which, later-on, the Chair accepted an "Electronic Check", revealing that EU Parliament was Divided (Comp. Supra), after many Protests by MEPs : So that the entire Sequence of Events (as it was Set up and Handled in real Practice), in fact, ...DIDN'T LEAVE ANY TIME not even FOR PROTESTS by MEPs on the Too Hasty Dismissal by the Chair of the most Crucial Amendment, while, EVEN THE SOUND of those MEPs who had Succeeded, nevertheless, to Immediately Understand what was going on, and Start Shouting their Protests on that, particularly Important Vote (of Amendment No 9), was practically COVERED UP by what the Chair provoked and did Immediately Afterwards, on anOther Amendment which Followed (Comp. Supra)...

In the current absence of a Full Enquiry, It can't be excluded, a priori, that all these Numerous Strange Facts (which converge towards practically Muzzling that Crucial Amendment calling to "Investigate" the deadly "Snipers" affair), might, eventually, be all due to .. pure "Coincidences", even if  this, obviously, looks very Improbable, if not logically impossible.

+ In this regard, a naturally Interesting factual "Test" is also to find out if all that obviously Strange, Exceptionaly Negative Treatment of the Crucial Amendment No 9 (See Facts cited Supra) by that MEP who was Chairing Today's Votes, might, eventualy, correspond to any kind of "Conflict of Interest" whatever, with his/her Personal Views,  vis a vis Ukraine, Russia, etc., or not.

That Chair was the Out-Going Belgian MEP Mrs Isabelle Durant, a "Green" who recently Lost her place in her own Party, after Failing to a Competitor in a Members' Vote which obliged her to practically Resign from any Eligible place in the List for the forthcoming, May 2014, EU Elections, so that she is due to Quit EU Parliament practically in one (1) Month, or so.

Soon after Thursday's votes, Durant claimed that the Resolution on Ukraine aimed, "Most of all : (to) Reply to those who Lost their Lives", (as she said, inevitably including the most numerous Victims of Snipers !), mainly by "a series of economic and political  Sanctions against Russia", by denouncing the "illegality" of the "unanimously Condemned" (as she said) Popular Referendum at Crimea, and by "Imposing a New Framework" instead of the "Old" that Russian President would represent, "a man of anOther Age", as she found, before Slaming also the "extremely Worrying stance of Russia and China on Syria" too, according to the terms used in her Conclusion on this March 2014 Plenary, which, obviously, doesn't shine too much  by  ..."Impartiality" and Objectivity vis a vis Moscow...

+ However, earlier, Durant had tried to explain to the Ukranian People, that she was Against a rapid Accession of their Country into the EU, because she believed that this would be ..."Dangerous" (sic !), as she had claimed, (among various other supposed Obstacles that she had already Opposed to Ukraine's EU aspirations)...

Nevertheless, the Out-going Belgian "Green" MEP's astonishing Favoritism, on the Contrary, to ...Turkish Groups of 99%  ...Islamic Scarf-bearing ladies, invited to come from Brussels to Visit and have Lunch at EU Parliament in Strasbourg with EU Taxpayers' Money (including the Poor, who pay 21% VAT on all, 100% of their meager savings),

didn't seem to have any so loud Objections vis a vis Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan's controversial, notoriously Oppressive policies, with too many Political Dissidents in Jail, scandalous Impunity of Torturers and even Killers, Press Freedom (and even Internet Websites) notoriously Threatened and/or Muzzled, among many other, particularly Serious Violations of Human Rights, for which Mrs Durant did'nt have a Word to say, not even after the , not even during this same Week, despite recent Corruption Scandals and New York-based "Committee to Protect Journalists" 2014 proclamation of "Turkey (as) World's Worst Jailer of Journalsts", and Yesterday's Tragic Death (after 260 Days of Sufferings) even of another innocent Child badly hit at the Head by Turkish Policemen, (on the contrary, Denounced by many other MEPs from various Horizons during Tuesday's EU Parliament's Annual Debate on Turkey for 2014, for which she didn't have Nothing Critical to say)...
