Syrian Kurds: No Turkish, But UN Zone. Not Chase, But Protect local Peuple, EU Parliament Voted

*Strasbourg/EU Parliament/Angelo Marcopolo/- Advancing well Beyond "strongly Condemning the unilateral Turkish Military Intervention in N/E Syria", to which Ankara must "put an Immediate and Definitive End, and Withdraw All of its Forces from Syrian Territory", the European Union's Parliament also urged Today for "a UNO-LED SECURITY ZONE, ...FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE", i.e. in the Syrian Kurdish majority Region at the North/East of Syria, Contrary to Turkey's current attempts to Impose a Massive "DisPlacement of Local Population groups, such as Kurds, Yazidis, Assyrians, Turkmen, Armenian, Arab and Other Minorities", (until now Living Together in Harmony there), pushed for "ReLocation in the Arab-majority Areas", far Away towards the South, provoking "New Tensions and Threats in the Safety of the Civilian Population", possibly Added even to "Forced Returns of Syrian Refugees and IDPs" there, as MEPs Warned, expressing "Deep Concern" for such a massively forced Ethnic Cleansing Threat, and "firmly Reject(ing) Turkey's Plans to establish a So-Called "safe Zone"" (Long 450 Km and Wide 32 km) inside Syria, but under "Occupation" by Ankara-controled Forces.

=> Surprisingly, that UN-related Move of the EU was Heavily Supported, Today in Strasboug, by a rare Huge Majority of MEPs, who massively Voted ...503 in Favor, Against Only 66, and 60 Abstentions, (to Keep that Key point), in a Joint Motion for a Resolution on "the Turkish Military operation in Syria" and "its Consequence", tabled Together by the Christian Democrats/EPP, Socialists, Liberals (of "ReNew"), "Greens", and the Left, Backed also by Conservatives, Rightists (of the "Identity and Democracy" new Group, who Added Many Amendments for Stronger Sanctions versus Turkey : See Infra), and most Independent MEPs, in what is, probably, one of the Most WideSpread Supports throughout almost All the Political Spectrum, ever seen in EU Parliament's History !

>>> It's Only the Denunciation of the Fact that "Turkey's Unilateral Military Action Undermines the progress" recently "made by the Global Coalition ...and Syrian Partner Forces (mainly Kurds) in the Campaign to Defeat Daesh" (ISIS Deadly Islamist Terrorists Cowardly Targetting Civilian People), which was Backed by an even Bigger, Record High Number of MEPs, with 562 Votes, Against Only 29. (See Infra).

But, Among all various MEPs' Calls for several EU Actions, it's just the above-mentioned "UN-Led Safe Zone, for the Benefit of People Living there", which Scored clearly 1st, on Top of All Others...

- For the above-mentioned purpose, MEPs "Call on the (28) Member States" of the EU to Ask the UNSC (which, currently, has 5 EU Members : France, Germany, the UK, Belgium and Poland), once again, to Adopt a Resolution which will Allow to the (UNS) Council to Act in a Targeted manner".

- Indeed, Otherwise, until Now, it's an Astonishing Fact that "the UNSC has Not Yet taken Any Action on the Crisis, Despite the Unity of the EU", in front of the Gravity of that International Challenge, (See Infra + Supra), EU Parliament Critically observes.

EU's 28 Member States, represent about 514 Millions of Population, (i.e. much More than Russia and even the USA). Its Economy Rivals the USA in GDP terms, (while in PPP China is 1st, EU 2nd, and USA 3rd), also having the Biggest Common Market in the World. It's Already since 1571, at Lepanto Naval Battle, that Europeans, United Together, had Started to Mark Historic Military Victories, Followed by that of Budapest's Liberation (1689), and Navarino's Naval Battle (1827), the two last Joined also by Russians, and all 3 against the former Ottoman Turk medieval Empire. Nowadays, EU's Funds for Defense total some 260 Billions €, i.e. "More than China, much More than Russia, and second only to the USA", (according to Experienced, incoming EU's Foreign Minister, former EU Parliament's President, Josep Borrell, on 2019), and should have been able to Ground about 60.000 Soldiers anywhere in the World, already since 1999, i.e. much More Nowadays, (in Comparison, Turkey threatens to use just 15.000 troops in Syria, according to USA sources). Among various Groupings, EU Already has "EUROCORPS" Army Headquarters Staff body, located in Strasbourg, which has got a solid Experience in Kosovo, Africa (Mali + Central Africa), and Afghanistan (including in Heading the International Force's Staff), etc, while the Turkish Army hasN't any Experience of fully-fledged War during a Century, and its Staff was largely Decimated, by Internal Oppression (with Massive Dismissals, Arrests, Fugues) Since an alleged 2016 "Coup" attempt.

=> Therefore, "EU should Consider All available Options, in Working With International Partners, within the framework of the UN", Today EU Parliament's Resolution "underlines".

+ In Addition to the EU, it's also the Arab League, and even China (UNSC Permanent Member) who are Critical to Turkey's Military Invasion and Occupation of the Syrian Kurdish Region, (See Infra) :

- Already, the Arab League's Foreign Ministers have recently urged also UNO's Security Council to add its own Pressure towards "Ending the Aggression" by Turkey, "and (for) the Immediate and UnConditional Withdrawal of Turkey from all of Syria's Land",

 - "UN" figured also at a Statement made by Russian President Vladimir Putin, even in a recent, controversial Sochi Press Conference vis a vis Erdogan, where he "Called on the International Community, especially the relevant UN Agencies", speaking about that Syrian Kurdish Region.

+ Meanwhile, reportedly, "members of the US Congress supported to send UN Toops to Potect areas of the Syrian Democratic Council from Turkish attacks, and to protect Airspace of North-East Syria in front of Turkish aircraft (imposing a No-Fly Zone)", after meeting with its Head, Mrs Ilham Ahmed, in Washington DC.

++ Moreover, German Governing Party "CDU"'s Head, and new Defense Minister, Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer (AKK), notoriously Launched Recently the idea of an International Protection Force, under UN Auspices, for the Syrian Kurdish Region, which already attracted the Support of its Leadership (SDC).

*** The SDC has, also, Urged "the UN" to send "International Observers" in order to supervise "the CeaseFire", and help turn it into "a Permanent CeaseFire", "Leading to a complete Withdrawal of Turkish Occupation Army", before it commits "a Genocide".

Notoriously, already the Armenian Genocide, (a Few Survivants of which, lived Nowadays in Syria, until  they were Attacked by Islamist Terrorists of ISIS and others, comming through the Turkish Borders), had been Organised, since Back on 1910-1915, by a former Ottoman Turkish Empire's Plan, under so-called "Security" Pretexts, to Massively Displace Millions of Armenian Populations, far Away from their Ancestral Land...

**** In addition, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang, in a Recent INTW to the French Press Agency "AFP", just Before French President Macron's forthcoming Visit to China, 6 - 9 November 2019, stressed, as a matter of General Principle for the two Countries, Both UNSC Permanent Members, in particular, that they "must Work Together to promote a  Joint Message of Common Support to Multilateralism, and to UN Authority, currently Facing a growing Unilateralism". In Addition, "We (China) do Not Support Turkey's use of Force inside Syria", China's MFA underlined.

And, as a matter of General Principle, Chinese believe that "it's very Important that the United Nations should be the main channel", "in resolving Hot-spot Issues in the World", as "People's Daily" mainstream Newspaper stressed, on this occasion, (i.e. the Turkish Military Invasion in the Syrian Kurdish Region).

+ In Parallel China has also Revived its Relations with Syria, including, f.ex., since June 2019, during an Important Visit of Damas' Foreign Minister at Beijing.

***** Interestingly, Meanwhile, USA President Trump has just clarified that he is Not Opposed at all to an eventual European and even Chinese Joint Move "to Assist Syria in Protecting the Kurds", "and Fight Turkey, for Their own Land" : - "That's Good with me", he stressed, "whether it is Russia, China, or Napoleon Bonaparte"(France+). "I Hope They all do Great", Trump concluded, (while also explaining USA's Withdrawal by the Fact that North America is, simply, Located "7,000 Miles Away !").

On the Contrary, However, "the Provisions" of Turkish Attempts to Unilateraly Impose an Ankara-Dictated, Controversial "Deal", (at first with the USA, and Afterwards, when that Failed to Scare the Kurds, who Decided to Resist, even with Russia, as it seems), practically Threatening to Attack harder the Kurds unless they "Capitulate", as EU Council's President Tusk Denounced in Brussels, by Abandoning their HomeLand and Arms to the Turks, and Massively Leaving to the South, apparently including "a Temporary Ceasefire" (Not Realy in the case of the 2nd, Russia-related, move : See Infra), provoke "Concern", EU Parliament Warns :

- Worst of all : They try to "Legitimise the Turkish Occupation" all across a so-called "safe Zone" in North-East Syria" ;

- Even more "Deep Concern", for, "not only the Displacement of Local Population Groups, such as Kurds, Yazidis and Assyrians, Turkmen, Armenian, ....and Other Minorities, But Also their ReLocation to the Arab-Majority Area, which could create New Tensions and Threats to the Safety of Civilian Populations".

- Instead, such "Ethnic and Religious Groups in Syria have the Right to Continue to Live in, or (Freely) Return to Their Historical and Traditional HomeLands, in Dignity and Safety", MEPs "stressed".

-  Turkish plans may even include "any Forced Returns of Syrian Refugees in the So-Called "safe Zone"' (Occupied by Turkey's Invasion Forces), which "would Constitute a Grave Violation of conventional International Refugee Law, International Humanitarian Law, and the Principle of Non-Refoulement", that "Categorically Prevent Such Movements", as Denounces the adopted Resolution.

- In general, when left to beligerants, such "Zones in Syria raise Serious Concerns about the Safety of People Displaced by the Conflict, and those that could be ReLocated from Turkey, whereas the Forced Displacement of People, including with the Aim of (Imposed) Demographic Change, constitutes a clear Breach of International Humanitarian Law, amounts to a Crime Against Humanity, and may lead to ...Ethnic Cleansing", whereas, "Safe Zones" amidst "Military Conflicts, often Become ..."War Zones" for Civilians", MEPs Warned.

=> For All these Reasons, EU Parliament "firmly Rejects Turkey's Plans to establish a So-Called "safe Zone" aLong the Border to N/E Syria".

+ Therefore, EU "Commission" is urged "to ensure that No EU Funds are used to finance ... or Facilitate" such "Forcible Transfert of Syrian Refugees or IDPs" there, and, more Widely, MEPs "Insist that No EU Stabilisation or Development Assistance be delivered to Such Areas".

>>> In Consequence, by a Timely "Coincidence", it's shortly After this EU Parliament's Resolution was Strongly Voted in Strasbourg (Comp. Supra on the Number of Votes at the Main Key Point), that the Leader of "SDF", Kurdish-led Syrian N/E Region's Forces, Mazlom Abdi, after a Phone Call with US President Don Trump, has just given a Press Conference in Syria, where he Announced that they "Informed" Russia about certain Controversial Points in Erdogan's Deal at Sochi, which go Against "Our People's interests", as he Criticized.

>>> In fact, it's obviously the Turkish Military Invasion and Occupation of Syria's Kurdish Region as such, which is the Main Problem, so that the 1st Article of EU Parlament's Resolution "Strongly Condemns the Unilateral Turkish Military Intervention in Northern Syria", because it "constitutes a Grave Violation of International Law, is Undermining the Stability and Security of the (Neighbouring) Region as a whole, Bringing further Suffering to People already Affected by War, Causing the Mass Displacement of Civilians", and even Provoke Risks for a "Re-Emergence of ISIS"' deadly Islamist Terrorists, cowqrdly tarfetting Civilian People, "which Remains a Security Threat to Syria, Turkey, the broader Region, the EU, and (even) Globally", while also "Obstructing Access to Humanitarian Assistance".

=> In Consequence, MEPs "Urge Turkey to put an Immediate and Definitive End" to that Mililtary Invasion, "and WithDraw all of its Troops from Syrian Territory", and "Demand full Respect for Humanitarian Law, ... the Protection of Civilians, and for ...Humanitarian Organisations to be permitted UnHindered Access".

+ A fortiori, when it concerns EU's "Solidarity" with that Brave "Kurdish People, and all Other Inhabitants of the Region", who made a notoriously "Important Contribution", through the "Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)", including "Women in particular" (even Young Girls, as Fighters and/or Politicians),  as a Key "Ally in the Fight against ISIS'" deadly Islamist Terrorists Cowardly Targetting Civilian People, as well as for "Freedom and Civil Rights in the Development of Social, Political and Cultural Life of the Kurdish Majority Region of Syria", (thanks to an Original, Landmark System of Democratic Governance, who has been, indeed, Praised by several EyeWitnesses Visiting that area during Recent years).

=> This, obviously, makes even more Hideous the "Atrocities Committed by Turkey's proxy Militias" nowadays there, "including (f.ex.) the Murder of Hevrin Khalef, (the Young Lady, SG of "Future Syria" Party), who "was, reportedly, Tortured and Murdered", as EU Parliament observed, (at the very First Days of the Turkish Military Invasion, near its Central Pick, reaching the Highway "M4"), by an Islamist Gang of Cowards, allegedly linked to Terrorists "under Turkey's Control", (according to Italian MEP Alessandro Panza), "Ahrar al-Sharpiya", as the Resolution Denounces.

+ More Widely, "there are Specific Reports of Killings, Intimidation, ill-Treatment, Kidnapping, Looting, and Seizure of individuals' Houses, by Turkish-Backed Armed" Gangs, while "Civilians accused of Affiliation with ...Kurdish Groups" were "reportedly, ...Forcibly ReMoved from their Homes, or Seized at Checkpoints", and "UN" cited "reports of Summary Executions", mainly "carried out by Jihadists belonging to the Ahrar al-Sharpiya" Armed Gang, "Allied with Turkey", EU Parliament found.

++ Meanwhile, "Severe Chemical Burns" visible at Wounded Childrens' Photos from 2 Neighboring Hospitals, and Other Infos, raised Questions about probable Abuses of Prohibited Chemical Weapons' Amunition by "Turkey-Backed Forces", that UN-related Experts reportedly have Started to Investigate, MEPs noted. Thus, EU Parliament "is Extremely Concerned about allegations of use of White Phosphorus by the Turkish Forces and/or their Proxies, Against Civilians, which is Prohibited by International Law", "fully Supports ...the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons" (OPCW), which Started Investigations", and "Calls for those Responsible to be Held to Account".

+++ At the Same Time, "Most International Aid Organisations have been Forced to Suspend operations and Evacuate International Staff, over Security Fears, where as, putting Obstacles to the Safe, UnImpended and Sustained delivery of Humanitarian Assistance, Evacuation, and Medical Care, also constitutes a Breach of International Humanitarian Law, and of several UNSC Resolutions", EU Parliament Denounced.

++++ Curiously, this EU Resolution, doesN't mention, However, Neither the Forced Evacuations of at least 2 Hospitals, among Turkish Bombardments and the Targetting of Medical Teams of Rescue, Denounced by May NGOs, nor the reported Damages to Clean Drinking Water Networks, repeatedly Denounced at the Syrian Kurdish Region, and, even more Surprisingly, it Exceptionaly Abstains from Giving Any Number (not even Approximatively) about the Civilian People Killed, Wounded, and/or massively Displaced by this Turkish Military Invasion/Occupation... Meanwhile, However, the London-Based NGO "Syrian Observatory for Human Rights" spoke about 125 Civilian People Killed, while EU Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Stylianides, spoke Yesterday, at EU Parliament's Plenary Debate on this Issue, about almost 200 Civilian Victims, and Syrian Kurdish Regional Administration sources evoked nearly 275 Civilians (including 22 Children) Killed, according to Latest Estimations.

Even a Convoy with Foreign and Local Journalists was apparently Targetted by Turkish Military Air Strikes, (also along the Highway M4, similarly to Hevrin Khalef : Comp. Supra), as French Media reported first, Wounding 3 and Killing 2 Syrian Kurdish Journalists, one working for a Media of the Yazidi Minority, as the New York based "Committee to Protect Journalists" denounced, slaming such a "complete Disregard for Journalist Safety", and "call(ing) on Turkish authorities to immediately Cease their Reckless Attacks on Journalists and Other Civilians", (15 among whom, were Killed in that Turkish Air Strike).
 

=> On the Contrary, Most Sources seem to Converge towards a Fast-Growing, Huge Number of Massive Displacement of the Local Syrian mainly Kurdish Population, now approaching Almost 400.000 People (already including More than "70.000 Children", according to EU Parliament's Resolution), these very Last Days !

+++++ Even More Important, various converging Reports Denounce several Incidents of what could really be "War Crimes", according to "Amnesty International" Included : Such Cases concern, f.ex. the above-mentioned "Torture and Murder" of "Future Syria" Party's Young Leader, Miss Hevrin Khalef (Comp. Supra), the alleged "Mutilation" of the Body of a Killed SDF Woman Fighter, the reported "Degrading ill-Treatment of War Prisoners" (POWs), and/or, reportedly "the captive Jijek Kobani, who was Photographed and Threatened by (Turkey-backed) Armed groups to be Slaughtered in front of the Public, in addition to Swearing and Insulting her", as Many NGOs Denounced, and/or the Brutal Killing of defenseless Civilian People, with Hands Tied Behind their Back, by Turkey's proxy Armed Gangs at the Highway "M4", pictured in Videos posted a the Web, which show a Killer Boasting for his "exploit", (etc).

>>> Meanwhile, "the Turkish Authorities have mounted a Severe CrackDown on Anyone Criticizing the Military Operation", by Abusing of notoriously Retrograde "Turkish Anti-Terrorism Laws", f.ex. "Launching Investigations into More than 500 Social Media Accounts" at the Web, "Accusing them of Spreading <<Terrorist Propaganda>>, while "121 People have Already been Detained for their Posts" Published at the Internet "on Social Media, Questioning the Operation", at the Same Moment that "More than 150 Members of the "People's Democratic Party" (HDP) have been Arrested, Since the Start" of the Turkish Invasion, EU Parliament Denounces.

=> Therefore, the adopted Resolution "Urges the EU and its (28) Member States, to Support the process of Documentating All Violations in N/E Syria, and to insist that they be Investigated, in a thorough and Impartial manner".  and that the Perpetrators be Prosecuted".

+ MEPs also "Urge the EU and its Member States" to act for "the Perpetrators to be Prosecuted", and "Calls on Turkey to ensure Accountability for Atrocities committed by its Proxy Militias, including the Murder of Hevrin Khalef, and ther Summary Killings". +More Widely, "it is in the Responsibility of the International Community, and Individual States, to Hold to Account those Responsible for Violations of International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law", "including" with "the Principle of Universal Jurisdiction, and National Law", which "can be done, either before National (f.ex., as a Spanish Judge had notoriously Launched, at the Demand of Victims' Families, Criminal Prosecutions against Latin American Officials Suspected to be Responsible for Enforced "Disappearances" of "Missing" People, in the Past, etc), and International Courts", "Or before Ad Hoc International Tribunals, yet To Be Established", (f.ex., something like an "International Criminal Court for Syria", as for "Ex-Yugoslavia", etc).

- Such Moves have been just Backed also by a Senior Officer of the "Arab Organization for Human Rights", Dr. Hafez Abu Saeda, who reportedly called upon "the UN to form a Committee for Investigating the Crimes committed, and prepare to Tranfert the case to an International Criminal Court."

- This concerns "War Crimes reportedly Committed by Turkish Forces and their accompanying Militias, including the Killing of Civilians, Attacks on Residential communities, and Field Executions, in order to spread Terror, and provoke Forced DisPlacement of the Population, to cause Demographic Change in the Border Area : an act Prohibited under International Law", he explained.

- He was just Joined even by Experienced, former UN Attorney, Carla del Ponte, from Switzerland, who has Worked on "War Crimes", mainly in Former-Yugoslavia, but also on Rwanda, Syria, etc., and Now Criticized as "UnBelievable that (Turkish President) Erdogan can Invade Syria, and Destroy the Kurds !" - "An Enquiry must be ordered on his actions, and be Accused for War Crimes. He mustn't be allowed to Escape from that", she reportedly stressed in a Press Interview. ++ Meanwhile, EU Parliament also "Calls ... to Introduce a Series of Targeted Sanctions, and Visa Bans, to be Imposed on Turkish Officials Responsible for Human Rights Abuses, during the current Military Operation", as well as, "a Similar" Move "for the Turkish Officials Responsible for the Internal CrackDown on Fundamental Rights" aiming to Muzzle Critics, particularly on the Web, (Comp. Supra).

+++ Among various Other "Sanctions", the adopted Resolution "Urges ... EU Member States to ensure that the Suspension" of "Arms' Exports Licencing to Turkey", (just Decided by Many European Countries at the EU Summit in Brussels, last week), "Also applies to Transferts that have Already been Licenced, and to UnDelivered Transferts", while, even Advancing Further Ahead, by "Strongly Calling" the EU "to ...Impose a comprehensive, EU-Wide Arms Embargo on Turkey, including Dual-Use Technology goods, in view of the Serious allegations of Breaches of International Humanitarian Law".

++++ In Addition, (almost Following US President Trump's initialy Critical Reaction), EU Parliament asked also for "appropriate and Targeted Economic Measures Against Turkey, which must Not affect Civil Society", as it said, while Adding, f.ex., the Suspension of Trade Preferences ...on Agricultural Products, and", even, "of the EU - Turkey Customs Union", ("as a last resort, for the purposes of a Deterrent, to Prevent a Further Escalation in N/E Syria").

+++++ "Concluding that the Recent Steps taken by the Turkish Authorities are in Breach of European Values", MEPs observe that EU "Parliament has (already) been Proactive in Reducing the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) Funding, in Recent Years", for "Lack of Respect of Human Rights", MEPs "Call on the (EU) Commission to engage that No EU Funds are used to Finance the on-going Military Operation, or tp facilitate any Forced Returns of Syrian Refugees in the so-called "Safe Zone" (Comp. Supra).

However, a Group of nearly 200 MEPs, (122 Voting For, and 50 Abstaining), was Attracted by an even More Critical Amendment, which "Call(ed) ...to Terminate All Funding to Turkey, in terms of Pre-Accession process, and in terms of the (Controversial) EU - Turkey action Plan on Migration", (notoriously Imposed by Ankara upon the EU, after a Blunt Blackmail, inside a Brussels just hit by Deadly Islamist Terrorist Attacks, while Europe was Inundated by 1,5 Millions of Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants arriving Suddenly through Turkey),

 and, in Addition, "to formally and Finaly Terminate all Negotiations regarding the Accession of Turkey to the EU, as it is Not a European Country, and does Not Act in accordance wth European Values, particularly those aimed at preserving a Peaceful Europe, and Should, therefore, Not Become an EU Member".

>>> It's Interesting to note the Fact, that, even if that Critical Amendment had been Tabled by the Rightist Group of MEPs "ID", nevertheless, it Astonishingly Succeeded to Attract the Votes of MEPs from almost ALL POLITICAL GROUPS, (ID, ChristianDemocrats EPP, Socialists, Independents, even "Greens" and Leftists, while Liberal a.o. MEPs abstained) !

Among them, are several "Heavyweights", such as f.ex., Arnaud Danjean, French MEP and vice-President of the ChristianDemocrat/EPP Group. Peter Lundgren, vice-President of the Conservative Group, MEP from Sweden. ChristianDemocrat/EPP MEP Monika Hohlmeier, President of EU Parliament's Committee on Budgetary Control, and Rapporteur on the 2020 EU Budget, former Minister, and Senior Official of the CSU Party of the Governing Coalition in Germany. Experienced, Long-Time EPP MEP Angelika Niebler, vice-President of the CSU Party, in the Governing  Coalition in Germany. French ChristianDemocrat/EPP MEP Francois-Xavier Bellamy, Philosopher and Head of the mainstream "Republicans" in the 2019 EU Elections, as well as his Collegues, Hortefeux and Morano, former Ministers. Pierer Van Dalen, vice-President of Committee on Fisheries, a Dutch EPP MEP. Csaba Molnar, a Socialist MEP from Hungary, former Minister. Critics, indeed, point, inter alia, also at NATO's Statute which asks to Avoid use of Force in International Relations, while its SG, Jens Stoltenberg, recently called, about Syria, to Focus on the Struggle against ISIS to be Completed, because "the Fight against ISIS is Not Over. They Can come Back !”, as he Warned.

after, Already, at least 5 ISIS' Jihadists Escaped from a Prison, following Turkey's Bombardments, at Qamishli, while several Hundreds of their Relatives, Escaped from AnOther Camp, also partly Bombed by Turkey's Forces, Later Burnt Down by ISIS' sleeping cells, almost at the Same Time that Many Syrian Kurdish Militants had to massively Leave from Areas where they Guarded Prisons with Dangerous ISIS' Inmates, in order to Run towards Facing the Turkish Military Invasion...

++ In Addition, MEPs also "deem UnAcceptable that the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is (again) Weaponizing Refugees, (now, on 2019, even Explicitly !), and Using them to Blackmail the EU", with even Worse and More Brutaly Shameless Threats than Back on 2015/2016...

Indeed, have those Syrian Kurds, like the Brutaly Murdered Hevrin Khalef, "Future Syria" Party's Leader, who "Worked to Unite Arabs, Christians and Kurds", (as Experieced former Long-Time US Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition against ISIS, Brett McGurk said for her), perhaps, some Interesting Clues about How did they Manage, during several Recent Years, to make Kurds, Arabs, Yazidi, Armenians, Turkmen, Assyrians, and Other Minorities, (Including Many Refugees), reportedly, Live all Together, quite Harmoniously there ?

And, could that, eventualy, be, at least part of the Real Reasons for which they were, Suddenly Targetted, Now, so Brutally, by some notoriously War-Mongering, Oppressive Regimes with their Gangs, (often accused to be even Accomplices of ISIS Deadly Islamist Terrorists) ?
