Paris to Start Controversial DeConfinement despite Red Lines crossed in France/Germany/S.Korea/China

In France, the Last Working Day Before that DeConfinement, on Friday, New Infections Crossed the Official Threshhold of 3.000 per Day, Reaching Higher than 4.100+. Meanwhile, a Huge Majority of French People : about 72%, reportedly Believe "very Probable" a 2nd Wave of CoronaVirus, Soon After the first Measures of DeConfinement.

In Germany, in addition to a ReOpened Factory found Contaminated by the Virus, at least 3 Länder are reportedly Crossing the Line of 50 New Infections per 100.000 Inhabitants each Week, fixed as a "Brake" to DeConfinement by the Federal Government, while, even the Rate of Transmission of the Virus per each Infected Individual suddenly Grew from 0,65 Up to 1,1.

In China, for a 2nd Day in a row, a Double-Digit Number of New Infections were registered, for the First Time on May 2020, concerning 14 and 17 Victims, while a City was placed into Quarantine, at the North-East of the Country, in Inner Mongolia, near North Korea. Moreover, this included Initially 1 and Afterwards 5 Persons at Wuhan's Region of Wubei, where Infections had been Stopped a Month ago. But the most Worrying is a Local Cluster found at Shulan City, in Jilin Region at the North-East, which was Locked Down, after 11 + 4 New Infections followed these Days a strange initial Local Infection noted Earlier that Week. China, Russia, New York State (USA), and various Other Areas accross the World have Recently Fallen Victims of the Surprising Infections' Spread in the EU, where People were Scandalously Abandoned to be Infected withOut Any Timely Protective Measure at the Borders, (f.ex. vis a vis the NW Italy's "Hotspot") : They Delayed to Close AirFlights from the EU, (Contrary to what they did, Before, vis a vis China itself), so that Many Infected Individuals penetrated unnoticed, until it became too late...

These New, Imported Infections being mostly Dispersed accross Various Areas in the Host Country, it's, Obviously, No More Possible to Apply the Same Method of Total Confinement of just 1 "Hotspot", as China had Succesfully done initialy at Wuhan, since Now there are Many dispersed "Hotspots".

At any case, obviously, ..."Warnings" did Not Lack at all Nowadays, Against Risky and Hasty DeConfinements, as that which was Planned in France for Monday, May 11...
