     the Experienced Leader of France's main Opposition Party "the Republicans", former President Nicolas Sarkozy, stressed that EU must "Hear the Anger of the People" which is currently Growing throughout Europe, (as many Electoral results and/or Polls in several EU Countries clearly show), and Called for a Real Change of erroneous Policies threatening to Kill "the European Dream"; which Needs, Today, "New Foundations" :

- F.ex., even if more EU "Enlargement is Unreasonable" Today, nevertheless, some "Persist to Enlarge" even further the EU, he Criticized.

+ Worse : Even if leaving "Turkey enter inside Europe, is Irresponsible", as he pointed out, nevertheless, some "Persist to Promise to it (Ankara) an (EU) Accession !", he Denounced,

attracting a Strong Applause by a Numerous Audience in a Public Meeting Full of People, while many were still Waiting to find a place to enter inside, with quews still extending up to the main Entrance of a Large Conference Building, at Shiltigheim, near Strasbourg's European District.

The forthcoming, exceptional EU - Turkey Summit on Sunday reportedly aims to discuss also Ankara's demands to get more than 3 Bilions € in full Grants from the EU, in Addition to the 1 Billion € of Grants each Year that it already receives, to Open more Chapters in its Negotiations with the EU on an "Open-Ended" Process related to its initial, 1999-2005 "Accesion" Bid, notoriously Controversial and UnPopular, (particularly after the 3 '"NO" to EuroReferenda  betwen 2005-2097 in France, the Netherlands and Ireland, as wel as the Elections, then, of Nicolas Sarkozy in France and Angie Merkel in Germany, etc, followed by their joint Brillant Win, inside the Larger ChristianDemocrat/EPP Party, led by Joseph Daul, on 2009 EU Parliament's Elections, to which succeded on 2014 a Votes' Result even More towards the "Right" side of the Political Spectrum, with much More MEPs elected on programs More Opposed to Turkey's EU Claims). But, the most Dangerous Issue Today, which obviously Risks to have more Immediate Consequences, and affecting EU Citizens EveryDay Life, as well as EU's Social Structure and Cohesion, (etc), is that of Ankara's demand for the EU to give to more than 73 Milions of Turks a Total "Visa Free" regime, allowing them to Come and Go throughout all the EU whenever they like.

Something that the French Government had always Refused, as long as Sarkozy was President, (i.e. up to May 2012), and might Risk Today to Add even More serious Security Problems, also as far as Deadly Criminal and Terrorist Threats are concerned, given Facts such as, f.ex.,  the Cold-Blood Murder of 3 Dissident Kurdish Women on January 2013 in Paris, for which many Suspect an Agent of the Turkish Security Services, the Arrival from Turkey of at least 3 ISIL's Terrorists who Killed 130 innocent Civilian People last October 2015 in Paris, to which are also added recent Rumours about an alleged Distribution of more than 100.000 Turkish Passports to ISIL's and Other Extremist Islamist Jihadists, as well as Chinese "Uyghur"  Violent Separatists, according to a British Journalist cited by mainstream Russian Press Agency "Sputnik", etc.

But Reuters a.o. reported that Sunday's EU - Turkey Summit risks even to Shorten the Time Deadline to be set for Visa-Free Entries of 73 Millions of Turks inside the European Union, by fixing it only in a Few Montths Time : I.e. on "October 2016", instead of the Initial 2017 Deadline, with the Result to Deprive both French and German, as well as Other Kkey EU Countries' Citizens from a Chance to Debate in Public and Express Politicaly their Views at the forthcoming Democratic Elections in France and Germany, etc., on 2017.

++ Moreover, at the same time, "Communautarism (Gettoisation) ... was the preparation of the Destruction of our Society". "Multi-Culturalism ... was the Contrary of our Identity",  Sarkozy also denounced Tonight, in this regard, obviously referring to a series of Historic relevant Statements also by German Chancelor Angie Merkel, and British Prime Minister David Cameron, etc.

+++  We "don't deny the Advantages of Globalisation", which "allows .. .. to Meet eachother, exchange, Share", and "could ... Build many Bridges between Men, Peoples, Societies and Cultures", "But we must also See, with lucidity, that it can also become the Worst thing, If it acts as a Niveller of Cultures throughout the World, something that we do Not want at all, ... a Uniformity of the Ways of Life, Thought and Creation, if it's an Open Door to all Dumpings, to all Unfair Competitions, to all Speculations", he went on to add, Widening the scope of a kind of Concentric Circles of obviously Interrelated Issues, (As, f.ex., the famous notorious Refusal, by Turkish President Erdogan, of any Socio-Cultural "Assimilation" of Turkish Immigrants inside EU Countries, too often pushed to gather in "Ghettos", as many have Denounced and Warned throughout Europe, already as early as since the 1990ies, from Danemark to Germany, etc., both inside the CoE and in various Top European Political Leaders' Statements) :

 - "Communautarism (Ghettoisation),... Abandonment of (Cultural) Assimilation, ... the Drift of some Neighbourhoods, ...., the EnDangering of our Culture Security and Identity, which is added to the Economic and Social Lack of Security, are the Most Visible Signs of the Breaking down of our Republican Model, under Violent Strikes by those who ...., during 40 Years, Demolish our Values, Principles and Institutions. - Even if "it's Crazy to Believe that Russia might be obliged to Back Down by imposing Sanctions", (on pretext of the controversial Ukranian conflict, since the unresolved yet Kiev Deadly "Snipers" incident of February 2014, which threw away an already Signed Peaceful Agreement and provoked a Violent Division of that usualy Peaceful European Country, particularly after the also non-elucidated Atrocious Massacre of more than 50 Civilian Dissident People in Odessa, who were Burned Alive on 2 May 2014, without any Serious Investigation by the Kiev's Government until now, in order to Find and Punish those Responsible for such Horrible Crimes, as CoE has just Denounced recently, in a Report just published last October 2015), nevertheless, some push the EU to "Continue to impose Sanctions against Russia" even for a Longer Period of Time, (and despite a recent Calm in the Ukraine conflict, mainly after Political Concessions by the Autonomist Regions of Donetsk-Luhansk, which Postponed for 2016 their own Local/Regional Elections, as the Kiev's Government wished, even if the Minsk Summit's Agreements gave them a Right to Vote before the End of 2015), Denounced Sarkozy.

He was largely Applauded by the Audience on this Topical point, apparently because many French a.o. People, Today, naturaly can't find normal for the EU to ...Reward Turkey, after Ankara's Government suddenly unleashed against the EU an Unprecedented "Tsunami" of various irregular Mass Imigrants/Asylum Seakers totaling more than 750.000 in a few Months, (that the Turkish Government obviously abused as a "Blackmail" in order to Ask now from the EU to make several Concessions - Comp. Supra- as Sarkozy had already Denounced at the latest PanEuropean Congres in Madrid, Spain, of the EPP Party last October 2015), including at least 3 among ISIL's Terrorists who have just Killed many Civilian People in Paris after crossing in the EU through Turkey, in addition to the latest Turkish Attack Destroying a Russian which was Fighting against ISIL and other Extremist Islmamist Terrorist Gangs in Syria, after which 2 Russian Soldiers were Killed, (in such an Unprecedented Incident which has Not occured Before for at least 65 Years, since the 1950 Korea War !), instead of Helping, on the Contrary, Russia to Avenge the recent Murder by ISIL's Terrorists of about 200 Russian Civilian People (mostly Women and Children) last October in Egypt's Sinai where an ISIL Bomb Destroyed a Civilian Russian Airplane, kiling all its passengers...

Speaking, also now in the presence of the Biggest European Political Party's President, that of ChristianDemocrats/EPP; PJoseph Daul, who had arrived in a well guarded Strasbourg from a spectacularly immobilized Brussels, Sarkozy denounced, thus,  "a Divided Europe, Disarmed, without (Political) Will, (which) made us more Vulnerable" :

-  "I am a convinced pro-European, but I Hear the Revolt of the People". We (EU) "can't be Insensitive to the Peoples' Revolt", to what "fuels a more and more stronger  Rejection, which provokes People's Revolt Everywhere in Europe !", he Warned.

- In the Past, "we wanted to Build the European Union, because we wanted to have a Tool to Defend, in this World, our Joint Idea of Civilisation, that 2 Horrible Wars, the Final Solution and Totalitarian regimes had almost Destroyed. ... During a too Long Period of Time, we have Dreamed of that Ideal Europe", Sarkozy reminded.

 - "But we Suddenly Wake Up with anOther (a Different one), so Relentless to Erase a great part of the European History", he regretted.

-  "In a lanscape Prepared since long by a Generation of thinkers belonging to the Influental Species of those that (French Writer and Philosopher Albert) Camus Accused to have "placed Nothing else in History, but Only ...their ArmChair" (Sic), "in the West, Forrgetting Everything, launched a "Tabula Rasa" Movement, of whch we are just Starting to measure the amplituide and its Horrible Connsequences", he denounced.

 - Even if, former President of France, long-time Collaborator and Successor to General De Gaule, "Georges Pompidou used to say, with Wisdom, that a Country", as, particularly, all European Countries, (which notoriously have a more or less Long History, and vivid Culture), "is Not an Empty (Blanc) Page". "But, a Dominant Ideology, ... seeked, on the Contrary, to Impose the misconception that Everything that had been Written, should be Erased" : So that, "on a Blanc (Empty) Page, No more Nations, ... No more Borders, No more Identities, No more Links, No more Heritage : This revendicated Nothingness, prepared a Catastrophe", and, by an "Historic Irony, it's in our Old Continent (Europe), among our Old Countries,... that the Hardest Blows aggressed all the (Cultural and Historic) Heritage"....

- Because, "probably, we are facing one of the Biggest U-Turns of our History since the 2nd World War".

- Indeed, "It's High Time to Recognize that we Yielded Too Much to that Conformism, which, since 40 Years, Manipulates the Public Opinion and Masks the UnderGround Movements of Tragedies which Now pop up in front of our eyes" :

- In fact, "we (Europeans) have done that Same Error, as those who Survived the "Great War" (of 1914 - 1918), when they throught that it was the Last War", he Warned.  - "Once the Cold War had Ended, we (Europeans) throught that History will Never become, anymore, Tragic, (before the 2014-2015 Ukranian conflict), that Violence and Rarety had been, at last, Defeated, and that, from Now on, Everything would be Regulated by Democracy and the Market". In consequence, "the West was Blinded by its Force, while, in fact, it was already Retreating World-wide, without even being conscious of that. Sarkozy has recently Denounced the fact that, on this occasion, Surprusingly, some seem to have abused of the French Police in an attempt to "Humiliate the Families", and Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly has recently expressed its "Concern" for Serious Misgivings particularly on so-callled "Punitive ID Checks" even of Peaceful Demonstrators, as well as agaist Controversial and Unpopular attempts to Impose a so-called "Gender Theory" even to Small Children at Primary Schools, etc. While, others, Today, regretted the Fact that a large part of the French Police was used in order to ...Arrest Peaceful Young Girls, Mothers, Elder People, etc, sitting or standing at Paris' pavements with Small Candles and Reading Poetry or Philosophy, etc, (the famous "Veilleurs"  according to the Original Term in French;, which means Watchmen, or those who Look After something Important to Protect from Dangers), instead of Following and Preventing Extremist Islamic Terrorists linked to ISIL's atrocious BeHeaders to Mudrer in cold-blood Many Innocent Civilian People, just a Year later (from Jan. 2015)...

    =>  Therefore, - "We (Europeans) must, at last, Hold all those Debates that we didn't manage to have" earlier, "and to learn the Lessons given by Recent History, concerning", f.ex., "what happened at the momernt of the (Global, US born) Financial Crisis on 2008, what happened with the Greek (Debt) Crisis", (in fact looming since the 1980ies, but Hidden since 2000, in order to ease a "Socialist" former Prime Minister's Electoral chances by accepting for Greece to Enter €uroZone Too Early, i.e. even Without Making previously the Necessary Reforms, in Exchange of his Silence and Compliity in the Controversial and UnPopular "Candidate" Status to EU Accession, given then to Turkey, with all the Political and Economic Setbacks which were Provoked afterwards), "whzt happened with the (so-called) Refugee Crisis, (i.e. that Unprecedented, Sudden Influx of more than 800.000 Irregular Mass Immigrants/Asylum Seekers rushing through Turkey to trespass EU's External Borders in Greece, this Summer-Autumn 2015, Ankara exerting now a "Blackmail" against the EU, by asking Money, EU Accession push, and Visa-Free entries for 73 Millions of Turks, etc, as Sarkozy already Denounced at recent ChristianDemorat/EPP Party's Summit, last October 2015 in Spain), and "with Terrorism", he concluded, (obviously pointing mainly at the Series of Merah, Charflie Hebdo, and Bataklan, etc. Murders of Civilian People by Extreme Islamic Terrorists of ISIL's atrocious BeHeaders in France, on 2012 and 2015, to which were added even more in Brussels, London, Copenhagen, Salzburg, etc, while Turkey was Attacking and Killing Syrian a.o. Kurds who Fought, in Alliance with Western Countries, against ISIL's Terrorists at the Northern Syrian Borders towards Turkey, and nowadays even a Russian Airplane and an Helicopter while they were Fighting against ISIL's and other such Terrorist Armed, Deadly Gangs in Syria, etc).

Because "Nobody can pretend to Share our Destiny, withOut Endorsing these Values", Sarkozy stressed.  - We ("France" and Europe) "are Not a <<Super-Market>>, where one may Choose whatever he likes". On the Contrary, "they are a Whole, which can be Adopted as such, and to which eachone Brings his Contribution. These Values shouldn't have been Cheeply Sold, sometimes even Denied".

    - Because "there is No More an Identity... in a Society which has become Multi-Cultural. There is No more an Identity ... If we do Not Share Moral Values, a Way of Life, a Kindness, a Feeling of Common Belonging ..., to have a History, .. a Joint Dream, and have Solidarity not only in the Greatest Success, but also in the Worst Challenges".

    - "It's on those Values, from which we have drifted away (Comp. Supra), that we are going to Have to ReBuild ANew Education, Institutions, Society, Justice, Law, and Politics". -For that purpose, "we Need Order, Authority and to Be Firm", but also "Justice, Generosity, Faithfulness to ourselves and to Humanity" , Sarkozy urged ambitiously.

    - "If we aren't Able to ReConcile these Needs, if we don't have enough Intelligence, Courage, Force, Will and Heart, in order to Change our ways of Thinking, Seeing and Acting, we won't  meet this Historic Rendez-vous", he warned.

   Significantly, even if Sarkozy had officialy come here Today in order to Support Alsace Region's President, former Minister, Philippe Richert, for the forthcoming Elections of December 2015 in the New, Greater Region ACAL, which Links Together 5 Bordering Countries at the Heart of Europe, (Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg, (Comp. f.ex. : .......), despite Security Concerns after the Paris' Massacres, which had Suspended most Public Meetings, the Main thrust of his Speech obviously went much Further than Richert's observation that, according to recent Polls, a Majority of Citizens appreciates his Management of Alsace, while, on the Contrary, they disaprove that of Lorraine and Champagne-Ardennes, in the two other parts of that Future (2016) Greater Region ACAL, which is due to Unite them all three Together :  On the contrary, the Experienced France's main Opposition Leader, and former President of the Country, obviously prefered to Focus mainly on National and, even more, European topical Issues, clearly indicating that the People feel an Urgent Need for the EU to Move on certain Key Issues.
